Create classes
Organize classes by date and start time; choose the duration and set the activity type, instructor, capacity and displayed price per visit.
Two booking page layouts
Clients see class times, instructors, prices and availability. They choose an open class and enter their name, phone and email; full classes do not show a booking button. Choose between two page designs and use your own subdomain at no extra charge. Explore 10 ready-made themes in Demo 1 and choose the one that fits your business.
Bookings and clients
View recent bookings and client profiles from the admin panel, including their booking history.
Cancellations and attendance
Clients can cancel on their own. From the admin panel, cancel bookings and mark clients as attended or absent.
Email for every class
Clients receive an email confirmation when they book or cancel, plus a reminder 2 hours before class — all included in the plan.
Migration at no extra charge
Data migration is included for new clients. We agree the scope based on your current system.

Are email confirmations and reminders included?+
Yes. Email confirmations for bookings and cancellations, plus a reminder 2 hours before class, are included in the base plan. Viber messages are a separate paid module.

Yes. Data migration is included at no extra charge for new clients. Contact us to agree the scope based on the system you use.
Can I use my own subdomain and remove booksys24.com from the page?+
Your own subdomain is included in the base plan at no extra charge. Removing the booksys24.com logo and copyright notice is a separate paid module.
Are online payments and memberships included?+
No. The price per visit may appear in the schedule, but that is not an online payment. Payments, memberships and packages are paid add-ons; payment providers may also charge separate fees.
How are add-on prices determined?+
The base plan is €50 per month excluding VAT. Each module is priced separately according to the options selected and the studio’s needs; nothing is activated automatically.
Can you add a feature or design specifically for me?+
Yes. We can build custom features, a tailored design or a website integration after agreeing on the scope, timeline and additional cost.
